Your trades, notes and rules remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. Only upload data you have the right to use.

5. Exchange connections

7. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Stripe, Supabase and your exchange. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their outages or actions.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that results will be accurate, complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Imports depend on the data your broker or exchange provides.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, InQuant is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service.
